Now let's build one that actually feels as good as it looks.

Close the gap between how your life looks and how it feels.
The Success Gap
Every late-diagnosed ADHD adult starts the same way: relief, momentum, a plan that finally feels right.
Then reality sets in.
It looks like this:
The system that worked for two weeks suddenly disappears
The gap between how you look and how you feel keeps widening
You're exhausted in a way nobody around you can see
You find yourself back in the loop. Looking fine. Feeling like you're failing. The worst part is you start to wonder if the “fine” version of you is the only one anyone's willing to meet. It isn't your fault.
The real cost isn't on a spreadsheet. It's the presence you don't get back and the self-trust you lose right alongside it: years spent so exhausted from holding it together that there's nothing left over for the people who need you, or for the version of you that actually believes in yourself.
That's exactly what's inside Surviving to Thriving
Why it works:
Inside Surviving to Thriving, you don't just learn the Shame-Free ADHD Framework. You move through it, step by step, live, with a cohort who gets it, one stage at a time.
What’s Inside the Surviving to Thriving program:
A 9-week cohort for late-diagnosed ADHD adults ready to close the gap and create lasting change.
Regulate
Understand your patterns before you try to change them
Rebuild
Replace systems that were never built for your brain

Spot your personal ADHD loops and learn what actually derails or supports you so you can respond with clarity instead of shame.
-
Understand flooding, shutdown, and RSD, and build a simple regulation plan to shorten spirals and recover faster.
-
Strengthen your connections with clearer communication, healthier boundaries, and less RSD-driven conflict.
-
Stop planning like time is predictable and start planning with transitions, energy, and actual capacity in mind.
-
Stop drowning in chaos lists and finally build one clear, ADHD friendly task system that feels doable, kind, and sustainable.
-
Identify what drains you most and make one ADHD-friendly adjustment that protects energy and improves follow-through.
-
Build routines that bend without breaking, using anchors, friction removal, and two versions of "enough" so a hard day doesn't undo your progress.
-
Create a simple maintenance plan for the next 30 days so progress becomes repeatable, not random.
All with live, ADHD-friendly support every step of the way:
Weekly Live Q&A: real-time answers about how your ADHD brain works
Weekly Live Group Coaching Calls: apply what you’re learning and trouble shoot where you’re stuck, live with Pri each week
Weekly Body Double Session: harness the power of working with others and actually get shit done
A Cohort, Not a Solo Course: 9 weeks alongside people doing this with you, so you’re not just depending on yourself to log in and learn
A Built-In Break Week: a week to catch up, integrate what you’re learning, or just give your brain a break from learning.
ADHD-friendly design: each lesson, worksheet, and call is designed to be flexible and work with how your brain actually works. There’s no such thing as getting behind or pretending to be put together; show up exactly as you are, and we’ll meet you there
The Full S2T Curriculum: every lesson and worksheet from my signature Surviving to Thriving course, used as your weekly backbone
Lifetime access to course content and call recordings, because let’s be real- your working memory struggles mean you’ll probably forget half of what we talk about at some point, and you want to be able to revisit it 😉
Don’t just take my word for it…
Patrick was a member of the September 2025 Surviving to Thriving cohort, and he shared his thoughts on the experience (including how it continues to impact him now)
Hi, I’m Pri
I'm Dr. Priyanka Rao, but around here everyone just calls me Pri. I'm a PsyD and ADHD coach, and for years I built my career helping other people understand their brains while quietly falling apart in my own life. Then, in my thirties, I got my own ADHD diagnosis, and everything I thought I knew about "trying harder" fell apart with it.
That diagnosis brought relief and grief in equal measure. Relief because my whole history finally made sense. Grief because I'd spent decades believing the wrong story about who I was.
I built Surviving to Thriving out of that gap, the space between clinical training and lived experience. I know the neuroscience of executive dysfunction, shame, and emotional regulation because I studied it. I also know what it's like to stand frozen in your own kitchen, staring at a task you cannot start no matter how much you want to. Both of those things inform how I coach.
This cohort is where I bring both sides of that together in real time, with a small group of people who are done muscling through life and are ready to actually work with their brains instead of against them. I'd love for you to be one of them.

Each module is released one week at a time to help you pace yourself in the course. Each module has 3-4 lessons in it that around 10-15 minutes each, along with workbooks, worksheets, and reflection prompts to fully engage with and implement what you’re learning. You’ll get more from it the more time and energy you can put into it, and the most successful students put 1-2 hours a week towards their learning and implementation.

Yes! You’ll have lifetime access to all of the course content, including lesson recordings, workbooks, templates, and reflection questions, as well as all live call recordings, so you can revisit them whenever you need.
