Each module has 3-4 lessons in it that around 10-15 minutes each, along with workbooks, worksheets, and reflection prompts to fully engage with and implement what you’re learning. You’ll get more from it the more time and energy you can put into it, and the most successful students put 1-2 hours a week towards their learning and implementation.
