YOU FINALLY HAVE ANSWERS; NOW WHAT?
Getting diagnosed with ADHD as an adult is a lot. One minute, everything in your life suddenly makes sense. The next? You’re drowning in information, trying to figure out how to make it actually work for you.
If you’ve ever thought:
“Okay, I get that I have ADHD, but what do I do about it?”
“Why does every ADHD tip I find online seem like it was made for someone else?”
“I have big goals, but I can’t seem to get out of my own way.”
“I just want a plan that actually fits my brain so I can stop spinning my wheels.”
Then this program is for you.
THE 8-WEEK PATH TO SUSTAINABLE GROWTH
*
THE 8-WEEK PATH TO SUSTAINABLE GROWTH *
IS MORE THAN JUST ANOTHER ADHD PRODUCTIVITY COURSE
It’s a blueprint for how to navigate life as a late-diagnosed adult with ADHD, with real strategies that fit the way your brain actually works.
Over the course of this 8 week live coaching program, you’ll learn how to:
Manage executive function challenges like time blindness, task initiation, and follow-through
Build systems that work for you: without the shame, burnout, or unrealistic expectations.
Develop self-trust, self-compassion, and confidence in how you operate.
Learn from and lean on a community of late-diagnosed ADHDers who get it.

Which means, by the end of the 8 weeks, you’ll understand your ADHD beyond the surface-level stuff (so you can work with your brain, not against it).

This program is right for you if…
You’ve tried all the productivity hacks, but none seem to stick.
You want practical, real-world strategies that fit your brain—not just generic advice that works for neurotypicals.
You’re looking for support, accountability, and community with others who truly understand.
You want to move past survival mode and actually thrive (without burnout, shame, or self-judgment).
You’re a late-diagnosed ADHDer trying to figure out how to manage life with this new information.
This program is not right for you if…
You’re looking for a quick fix or a one-size-fits-all solution. ADHD is complex, and real change takes time and experimentation.
You’re looking for therapy. While this program is led by a psychologist, it is a coaching program focused on strategies and skill-building—not a substitute for mental health treatment.
You’re not open to trying new approaches. If you want to keep doing things the way you always have, this program may not be the best fit.
You’re unwilling to engage with the material or participate in discussions. The best results come when you actively apply what you learn.

Common questions about this program
-
Our next cohort starts the week of September 22, and will run for 9 weeks (with a “catch up” week in the middle between modules 4 and 5)
-
Teaching calls are Tuesdays at 10am CST. Group coaching calls are Thursdays at 11am CST. Optional weekly body doubling will be Wednesdays at 11am CST. All teaching and coaching calls are recorded, so live attendance is not required.
-
Each week includes a live teaching call (60 minutes), a live coaching session (typically 60-90 minutes), plus optional exercises and community discussions. You can engage as much or as little as your schedule allows—there’s no pressure to complete everything perfectly, and all calls are recorded in case you can’t attend to live.
-
No worries! All coaching calls will be recorded and available for replay, so you can engage on your schedule.
-
This is a coaching program, which means the focus is on practical strategies and skill-building rather than deep emotional processing or mental health treatment. If you need clinical support, therapy may be a better fit.
-
That’s totally normal! Many people find that even if they don’t volunteer for coaching, they still gain valuable insights from hearing others share similar struggles and solutions. That being said, you’ll get the most value the more you engage.
-
Yes! You’ll have lifetime access to all teaching and coaching call replays for your cohort, course module content, workbooks, and templates, so you can revisit them whenever you need.
