Frequently asked questions

Got questions? I’ve got answers.

General Coaching Questions

  • Therapy focuses on deep emotional processing and mental health treatment, while ADHD coaching is action-oriented—helping you build strategies for productivity, time management, executive function, and self-confidence. Coaching is about moving forward, not just understanding the past.

  • If you thrive in a community setting, want to hear from others with similar struggles, and benefit from shared insights, group coaching may be a great fit. If you need personalized support, deeper accountability, and a tailored plan, 1:1 coaching is the way to go.

  • Some clients see immediate changes, but ADHD coaching is about building long-term habits and systems that last. That’s why 1:1 coaching requires a 3-month minimum commitment, and the group coaching program is designed to take 8 weeks—real transformation takes time, and we want to create strategies that stick.
