I know what it’s like to have a brain full of big ideas and a calendar full of unfinished tasks. To be capable and ambitious, but constantly fighting overwhelm, inconsistency, or burnout. I was diagnosed with ADHD in my 30s, and like many of my clients, spent years pushing myself to “just try harder” before realizing what I really needed was a different way of working, living, and showing up.

Now, as a Licensed Psychologist and Executive Coach, I support late-diagnosed ADHD adults—professionals, entrepreneurs, leaders, and deep thinkers—who are ready to stop spinning their wheels and start building systems and self-trust that actually work for their brains.
